Roles & Responsibilities:

Market Assessment & Business Development

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities.

- Engage with customers to understand needs and propose solutions.

- Build and maintain key customer relationships.

Revenue Generation

- Identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Target industry-specific business opportunities.

Portfolio Management & Deal Structuring

- Assist in structuring/restructuring deals.

- Prepare credit proposals and coordinate approvals.

Credit Appraisal

- Conduct credit assessments and CAM preparation.

- Ensure adherence to credit guidelines.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain documentation, CRM updates, and process compliance.

- Ensure smooth transaction turnaround with relevant teams.
