Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the assigned targets for loan products against property within the assigned territory.
Territory Management: Efficiently manage the assigned territory, identify potential markets, and create an action plan to expand the customer base and increase sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including property owners, real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on potential prospects to convert them into customers.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan against property products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and features of loan against property products, and addressing customer queries and objections.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, prepare loan proposals, and ensure timely closure of deals while adhering to internal policies and guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and legal to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales performance, and provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
