As a relationship manager for family offices, your primary role will be around building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth families, single and multifamily offices and catering to their financial and wealth management needs. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Client Relationship Management: Serving as the main point of contact for family offices, understanding their financial goals, needs, and preferences.
2. Customized Service Delivery: Pitching Piper Serica PMS and AIF to each family office.
3. Networking and Business Development: Expanding the client base by identifying potential family office clients, nurturing relationships, and exploring opportunities for collaboration or service expansion.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaising with different departments within your organization, such as investment management, legal, and financial planning teams, to ensure seamless service delivery to family office clients.
5. Education and Communication: Keeping clients informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and changes in financial regulations that might impact their wealth management strategies.
6. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Addressing any concerns or conflicts that arise, working to resolve issues efficiently and maintaining client satisfaction.
7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring that all services provided to family offices comply with regulatory standards and internal policies while managing and mitigating associated risks.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular performance reports, financial analyses, and insights to clients
