Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, actively acquiring new users for the Kotak Securities App and encouraging them to initiate trading activities.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Leverage your financial knowledge to present tailored investment options aligned with each client's unique needs and risk profile.
- Utilize the Kotak Securities App to facilitate seamless client onboarding, account management, and trading execution.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand their investment portfolios.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with your team leader, providing regular updates on client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post-graduate degree in any field, with 1-5 years of experience in direct selling of financial products within the financial services industry (e., banking, wealth management).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport, explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner, and inspire client confidence.
- A strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships
