Job Description: Relationship Manager - Investment Portfolio
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Acquire potential wealth clients including businesses and individual clients (resident and NRI).
- Manage existing client relationships to enhance satisfaction and deepen engagement.
- Implement strategies to increase the size of the liability book and assets under management (AUM).
Revenue Generation and Cross-Selling:
- Generate revenue through effective cross-selling of business banking and wealth products such as Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, and Retail Assets.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable financial solutions to maximize wallet share.
- Aim to increase product penetration and build exit barriers by offering multiple products per client.
Portfolio Management and Financial Advisory:
- Perform portfolio allocations, periodic reviews, and financial check-ups for clients at defined frequencies.
- Ensure portfolios are aligned with clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
- Provide personalized financial advice and investment strategies based on client objectives.
Collaboration and Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored wealth management and business banking solutions.
- Work closely with Client Experience Managers to ensure superior service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Foster strong client engagement and maintain 360-degree client ownership.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Improve the quality of documentation to reduce rejection rates and streamline operational efficiency.
- Uphold professional standards and ethics in all client interactions and financial transactions.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed defined performance metrics related to revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention.
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, client engagement, and business development activities.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and proactive.
Professional Development and Team Collaboration:
- Stay updated with industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes through continuous learning.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including product specialists, compliance officers, and support staff.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share knowledge to enhance overall team performance.
Client Service Excellence:
- Deliver superior client service by understanding and anticipating client needs.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive client experience at all touchpoints.
