Relationship manager - Infrastructure finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and structuring of deals

- Financial modelling and preparation of presentations for internal approvals

- Liase with legal team as well as client for the documentation of the deal

- Disbursement of the debt facility sanctioned to client

- Managing post disbursement activities

- Monitoring of existing portfolio

- Regular communication with Clients for various aspects for the above

Requirement:

- CA (preferably Ranker or 1st attempt) or MBA (from Tier I colleges)

- Experience Requirement: 5-8 year

- Relevant work experience on sourcing of deals in Education sector ( schools/colleges funding)

- Good analytical and presentation skills
