Role : SM/ AVP Relationship Manager IFIB (Indian Financial Institutional Banking)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and develop IFI client relationships across Financial Institutions (NBFCs) , Capital Market Customers like SEBI registered Brokers, Prop Traders, SEBI registered RIAs. Prepaid instrument providers ( PPI Licensees), Fintech Players ( Payment Aggregators) , Authorised dealers ( AD-II and large FFMCs), Mutual

- Funds and Insurance entities in Karnataka.

- Should have a sound knowledge on digital banking products and should be able to touch base with New Fintech Entities (especially regulated entities) across Karnataka for sourcing liability business for the Bank

- Develop relationships with Capital market participants and open Settlement A/cs /PCM / pursue Custody relationships of such clients with a view to increase CA balances for the bank

- Preparation of credit proposal note/credit assessment and interfacing with risk team for enabling Sanction and monitor fund based and non-fund based facilities to the above clients.

- Liaise with Risk/Legal/Operations on Proposals, documentation & ensure smooth delivery & execution of transactions and monitor and handle exceptions.

- Actively pursue opportunities for Cash Management services ( NCD , Escrow and other CMS structures) trade and forex relationships with AD-2 entities and Large FFMCs ( remittances and travel Cards), Mutual funds and Insurance entities ( API Payments and NACH Collections etc)

- Responsible for post approval activities and credit monitoring of clients to manage risk exposure of bank

- Scrutinized executed documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
