Relationship Manager | IFA (AMC)
Sales Responsibility:
- Manage and drive sales from IFA branches, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with IFAs to understand their clients' needs and recommend suitable investment products accordingly.
Advising Distributors:
- Provide advisory support to IFAs on selecting appropriate products based on their clients' investment objectives and risk profiles.
- Analyze the asset allocation of IFAs to tailor sales approaches and strategies effectively.
Maintaining Visibility and Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong visibility with IFAs through regular communication channels.
- Conduct telephone calls, one-on-one meetings, and group meetings to disseminate marketing materials such as fact sheets, brochures, and mailers.
- Organize group meetings involving distributor relationship managers and their clients to enhance engagement and provide updates.
Market Knowledge and Product Expertise:
- Stay updated on various financial products offered by the AMC and market conditions.
- Have a thorough understanding of different investment strategies and scenarios to provide informed advice to IFAs and their clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key IFAs and their clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share within IFA networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and sales support to align strategies with business objectives.
Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for IFAs to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of market trends.
- Provide continuous education on new products, investment strategies, and regulatory updates affecting the industry.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, sales volumes, and client acquisition rates.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all interactions and transactions with IFAs and their clients.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines to mitigate compliance risks and uphold ethical standards.
