In this results-oriented role, you will play a pivotal role in driving home loan growth within your designated location.

You will be responsible for leading a team of loan officers, ensuring operational excellence, exceeding sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and manage a team of home loan specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management support.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, promoting teamwork and high morale.

- Identify and develop team members' skills, equipping them to achieve success in the home loan industry.

Home Loan Sales & Growth:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed assigned home loan sales targets.

- Build strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners to generate a steady stream of qualified leads.

- Conduct market research and identify promising growth opportunities in the home loan segment within your assigned location.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Provide exceptional customer service to home loan applicants and borrowers throughout the loan process.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy.

- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience, fostering high levels of satisfaction.

Loan Processing Efficiency:

- Oversee the entire home loan process, from lead generation and application intake to loan approval and disbursement.

- Ensure all loan documentation is accurate and complete, adhering to strict regulatory standards and compliance guidelines.

Training & Development:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest home loan products, regulations, and industry trends.

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Conduct training sessions for your team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of home loan products, underwriting processes, and relevant regulations.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and loan processing software (a plus).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze sales data.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
