Relationship Manager - HNI/Super HNI - For a Premium Real Estate Organization ! Mumbai
Our client is a large and well recognized real estate developer and has multiple premium projects underway. They have a very professional and highly educated leadership team.
They are looking to hire a few Relationship Managers to help them scale up their reach to the HNI and Super HNI clients.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with distinguished set of clients for the respective segment / project allocated
- Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Continue Constant engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards
- Cross selling of new and existing products to clients during the launch period
- Create specific needs for client's basis customer profiling and understand the customer requirement.
- The individual must keep himself constantly updated and abreast of the latest in fashion, design and luxury, and devise brand compliant modes of regular engagement with the customer base
- Ensure customer engagement and brand loyalty through well timed events through the project life cycle and activation of loyalty products
To qualify for this position you should:
- Good Education with min 5 yrs of Exp in Relationship Management
- Have exp in International Airlines, Cards, Banks, Hotel & Wealth Management companies
- Have excellent exp in managing HNI / Super HNI clients
- Must possess consultative/concept selling capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, verbal & written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Be currently from Mumbai or ready to relocate
