Principal Accountabilities :
Responsible for including HNI customers into the Imperia programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/cs and retaining the relationship.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. A Relationship Manager handles a group of High Net Worth Imperia Clients.
2. Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
3. Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products and Services according to Customer Needs.
4. Increase liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers.
5. To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet.
6. Also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships.
