Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing acquisition channel for Non-Resident clients(NRI)
- Revenue generation through cross-sell of third party products
- Enhance Staff Knowledge by organizing quizzes on banking knowledge
- Taking care of cost initiatives driven by the bank and support in achieving cost reduction objective as set out in the AOP.
- Communication plan and kit for staff as well as senior management - coordination of senior management reports.
- Organizing Customer Events by agreeing on calendar of events with respective stakeholders Regularly communicate strategic drives being undertaken at the cluster level and ensure participation of key members.
- Handling the team of Senior Relationship Managers and handling wealth Management portfolio
- Executing developer event, prospect mortgage team interface and corporate CEP tie-ups.
Client Relationship Management :
- Managing customer-centric banking operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth and corporate/institutional clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices.
- Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.
Team Management :
- Recruiting, training, leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment to foster development opportunities and motivates high performance among Team members.
- Generating MIS reports to update the management of individual and business performance.
Revenue Generation :
- Utilize public information and personal network to develop marketing.
- Implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones, meeting pre-determined business objectives
Desired Candidate Profile:
- More than 8 years of experience into Wealth Management and Portfolio management of NRI and UHNI / HNI clients
- Handling team of Wealth Managers
