- Handling all State and Central Govt. Departments, Universities, Project Accounts, Local Bodies, Corporations, City Administration.
- New client acquisition. CASA, Liability and Asset Relationship to the bank.
- Managing and Maintaining relationship with Top Govt. Officials, Judiciary and Department heads.
- Making Credit Appraisals for existing and new Asset clients.
- Working in close co-ordination with Ops, Credit, Risk Management, Marketing, Trade Product and CMS Product for providing end to end solutions to the clients.
- Revenue Generation.
- CRM Management.
- Enhancing client portfolio with additional business/Cross sell.
- Build cordial relationship with peers & subordinates.
- Team Management and Regular development of Team Members.
- Identify potential market segments/verticals.
- Identify prospects and establishing contact with prospects.
- Identify client business needs, make customized proposals for customer solutions.
