RM-FX & Derivatives- Large Corporate-MNC Bank
1. Part of Treasury Sales business catering to MNC/LC clients for Northern region with added knowledge of Institutional Clients
2. Devising the strategy for onboarding and delivering of T&M solution to MNC clients with regional focus. Structure solutions to optimize currency and interest rates risk management and capital raising solutions for the above set of clients
Key Accountabilities:
1. Contribute to the Fx and Derivatives Sales budget for Northern region and achieve individual profit targets with an acceptable ROE.
2. Enhance product, processes & delivery capabilities in FX and Derivatives Sales with strong risk management and corporate governance.
3. Build strong client relationships; close coordination with IBG/ GTS to identify and on-board new relationships for the Bank
4. Build strong internal relationships with IBG-MNC/LC/FIG, GTS, Trading desk, T&M-HO to deliver client solutions
5. Strictly adhering to all internal and external regulations at all points of time
Job Duties & responsibilities:
1. Acquisition of LC / MNC clients with India focus
2. Contribute towards T&M Business Development & specific regional Projects
3. Meet existing and potential clients to explore & offer treasury solutions
4. Work with various internal stakeholders to develop new treasury products, delivery model and industry insights
5. Work with clients to bring efficiencies in their treasury processes (digital delivery), focused conversations / market & product development & trainings to up-tier RMs knowledge of markets
6. Ensure appropriate Management Information & Control systems are in place
7. Build relationships with IBG/ GTS to increase T&M cross-sell in the portfolio
