Objective :
- The primary purpose of this role is to manage existing relationship and develop new businesses for the various offerings of the bank under Indian Financial Institutions Banking
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop IFI client relationships across Financial Institutions (NBFCs) , Capital Market Customers, Prepaid instrument providers ( PPI Licensees) , Fintech Players ( Payment Aggregators) ,Co-op Banks and Authorised dealers ( AD-II and large FFMCs)
- Build and maintain relationship with the large FIs in Tamil Nadu region and to ensure the book building as well as revenue generation for the bank from these relationships through various asset and liability products.
- The candidate need to have good knowledge on the domain and preferably work experience in the same domain or geography
The candidate need to have :
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team management ability
- Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance.
- Ability to manage complex client situations.
- Strong knowledge in the balance sheets.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
- Strong Decision making ability.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate need to have Understanding on credit proposal note/credit assessment and need to have interfacing abilities with Risk team /Legal/Operations on Proposals, documentation & ensure smooth delivery & execution of transactions and monitor and handle exceptions
- Need to Actively pursue opportunities for PCM and other Capital Market products , Custody relationships , enable liabilities Cross sell of Cash Management services ( NCD , Escrow and other CMS structures) and Digital Banking products .
