Relationship Manager - Financial Institution Group

- Develop & manage relationships with the Financial Institutions including NBFCs, HFCs, Capital Market Clients

- To focus on Fund/ Non-Fund based, Trade, Treasury, CMS products, and other transaction banking relationships including customized solutions for clients.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Ownership of business development as per agreed plans; preparation of CAM; handling CAD, Legal and Risk queries; sanctioning and disbursement of fund/ non-fund based credit facilities, Foreign exchange and Treasury limits to clients.

2. Helping the team lead in sustained revenue generation and achievement of the targets set out in the budget for the year for FIG Business (overall and product wise). Reaching Revenue/Throughput/ Acquisition targets. Actively and consistently seek an opportunity to expand the share of the wallet of the customer base.

3. Key Responsibilities includes coverage of Financial Institutions including NBFCs, HFCs, Insurance Companies, Capital Markets etc.

4. Initiate, manage and deepen relationships at Director Finance/ ED Finance/ CXO/ Treasury level in the companies.

5. Focus on offering financial solutions to FIG Clients for their working capital, term loans, cash management, trade finance, Term financing, treasury.

6. Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other departments of the bank; Cross Sell Bank products (Fx, Trade, CMS, DCM, CA, SA and other retail products)

7. Prepare the credit approval/renewal memorandum, and risk analysis reports on the portfolio prepared by the team and maintain/ enhance credit quality of the portfolio managed.

8. Liaise with various teams, oversee smooth delivery & execution of transactions and monitor and handle exceptions.

9. Franchise and brand building activities.
