Key Responsibilities:
- Established new borrowing relationships for Emerging Corporate Group (SME) to enhance the Bank's market share.
- Borrowing relationships included setting up of fund based and non fund based limits catering to working capital finance, project finance and term loans, export packing credits, buyer's credit, letter of credit and bank guarantees etc.
- Managed and developed existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable levels.
- Developed and maintained strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
- Established relationships with Chartered Accountants, Finance Consultants and Direct Sales Associates and imparted skill and knowledge-oriented training to generate quality prospects for borrowings.
- Imparted skill and Knowledge-oriented Training to the Branch, Sales and Wealth Channels, which resulted in quality lead generation.
- Devised and improved upon sales plan and executed them successfully. Made presentations to Associations of various business segments, SMEs etc and customized products as per their requirements.
