Role: Relationship Manager - Elite Trade Relations Group (RM-ETRG)
Reports to: Regional Head Sales - ETRG
People with Relationship experience of 8-12 years in banking may apply.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage Commercial/ Trade relationships in business banking segment. Extensive knowledge on inward/outward remittances, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Lending, Buyers Credit, EPC/PCFC.
- Acquire New Trade Finance clients in business banking space and Increase penetration in the existing customer base to increase wallet share.
- Servicing the mapped set of customers for all trade and general banking requirements.
- Coordinate with Trade desk and operations team for timely closure of customer transactions.
- Coordinating with markets group for booking forex deals for customers
- Ensure Compliance to Internal & External Guidelines on trade Finance activities
- Responsible for selling Cash Management Solutions, General Insurance and cross sell of other banking products.
Deliverables:
- Acquire and manage relationship with Trade customer
- Trade Fee Income and scorecard achievement
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all customers and transactions
- Drive CASA balances
Skills and Competencies:
- Written and oral communications skills
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement customer acquisition and service strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients to ensure customer retention
- Should have experience in banking or related profile
