Relationship Manager
Job Purpose :
- Elite Relationship Manager will be responsible for enhancing the customer engagement virtually to increase customer stickiness on managed clients.
- They will drive mobile banking adoption & usage, increase cross-sell of products and work towards upgrading and on-boarding customers in the relationship banking program.
- Professionally driven to achieve higher customer satisfaction and increase retention.
- Elite Banker to have complete knowledge of end-to-end bank offerings, key goals of RM, bank systems and key onboarding steps for products cross-sell.
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve our most affluent customers & drive growth by ensuring excellent engagement & customer service.
- Act as the primary point of contact and be responsible for initiating, building & maintaining deep relationships with these customers to address all their banking needs, products and servicing requirements.
- Fully own the book, growth and customer service KPIs for mapped portfolio.
- Collaborate with product specialists and subject matter experts to provide tailored solutions that align with customers' specific requirements.
- Work with internal teams to drive on-ground innovation and bank's strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring seamless onboarding onto Mobile/Net Banking platforms, facilitating Bill Pay services, promoting SIP, Insurance, and Investment solutions, as well as facilitating Retail, SME Loans and other pertinent banking programs.
- Enforce strict adherence to the bank's policies and regulatory compliance measures.
- Provide assistance during audits, ensuring conformity to internal and external regulations and guidelines.
