About the Role:
- As a Relationship Manager for CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) in our Private Banking division, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to manage their liabilities.
- You will provide exceptional customer service, cross-sell banking products, and coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless banking experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Development:
- Develop new and expand existing relationships with high-net-worth customers, focusing on liabilities.
- Provide personalized banking services to a select group of HNWIs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to bank policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Cross-Selling:
- Cross-sell existing bank products, including CASA accounts, to enhance the overall banking relationship.
- Inform clients about new products or product enhancements and demonstrate how these can benefit them.
Sales Initiatives:
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events targeting both prospective and existing clients.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the CASA portfolio.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with other group companies to offer a comprehensive range of products and services.
- Ensure seamless access to products beyond CASA, leveraging relationships with other departments.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and account activities.
- Continuously monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for deepening relationships and enhancing services.
Customer Feedback and Improvement:
- Track and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and address any issues.
- Implement changes based on feedback to enhance overall customer experience.
Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Develop an understanding of mutual funds (MF) and insurance products to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in relationship management, preferably within private banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of CASA products and services, with experience in cross-selling and client relationship management.
- Understanding of mutual funds and insurance products is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
