Job Summary:
- As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new SME clients and providing them with comprehensive corporate banking solutions.
- Your role will involve maintaining high service standards, enriching existing customer relationships, and driving growth through tailored financial products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new SME customers by offering corporate banking solutions that meet their needs.
- Utilize referral leads and other sources to drive new business.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and increase wallet share.
- Engage with customers regularly to offer relevant corporate banking products, including Tax Payment Services, Internet Banking, Trade Products, and Cash Management Services (CMS).
Customer Profile Management:
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer profiles, including risk assessments, demographics, and assets.
- Ensure profiles are updated regularly to reflect any changes.
Product Offering:
- Promote and provide solutions such as Trade & Forex, CMS, and SME Loans.
- Tailor product offerings to match the specific needs of the clients and enhance product penetration.
Engagement and Retention:
- Implement customer engagement activities to deepen existing relationships and increase customer stickiness.
- Address and resolve any client issues promptly, coordinating with the Service Team as needed.
Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed the targets set by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Track and record all engagement activities using the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Compliance:
- Ensure all activities comply with KYC/SEBI regulations and other relevant legislation governing the Bank.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in corporate banking or financial services, with a focus on SME clients.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of corporate banking products, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Education:
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or training in banking and financial services is advantageous
