- Prior experience in sales is desirable. Experience in pitching and selling research reports / website subscriptions / financial products

- Strong networking & negotiation skills.

- Interact with investors by sending research, following up on market events, invite to road shows & follow up on requests.

- Analysing readership of India Ratings research and following-up new research trials for strategic investor contacts.

- Analysing users of India Ratings Research with a view to developing relationships with new contacts ensuring consistency in approach across India in liaison with local branch office representatives and other asset class representatives.

- Maintaining & monitoring investor MIS regularly.

- Good commercial and business acumen Job Skills Qualifications and experience: Previous experience in a financial services environment is MUST.

- Desirable Experience: 5 - 8 years Bachelors/Master's degree, preferably in a finance or business.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Sound understanding / deep interest in financial markets. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Solid numeracy / analytical skills.

- Highly self-motivated: ability to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, tenacity and perseverance: individually and within a team.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
