- Manage the assign team member of Salary Sales Executive
- Ensuring respective team members are trained on products / processes and have necessary relationship management skills to face corporate and employees.
- Identifying wish list of corporate's for emplacement in the catchment in line with defined guidelines and map business potential by location
- Identifying key contact points / senior management across HR, Finance, Admin in corporate and initiate discussions for corporate salary tie-ups
- Acquiring new to bank corporate's through emplacement's and individual account opening of salary accounts
- Creating strong visibility for the bank in the corporate premises. Conduct activities/events at corporate's
- Maximizing the banks wallet share in terms of employee accounts and track conversions
- Strategic & implement various cross sell initiatives
- Service Delivery.
