Job Purpose :

- The role entails deepening corporate salary accounts with a focus on quality of accounts.


- The role bearer has a responsibility to identify prospective customers and convert them into real business opportunities.


- The role would be responsible for acquiring corporate clients to enable acquisition of corporate salary accounts by sales managers and sales officers.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Deepen existing portfolio to ensure customer stickiness

- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance desired amounts in acquired accounts and update salary

- Periodically plan review of the under-performing customers and draw an action plan for improvement

- Assess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunities

- Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management for efficient servicing and best in-class service

- Drive corporate engagement activities to acquire and engage corporate clients

- Gather latest Market intelligence and track and benchmark against best practices in competitor banks

- Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML

- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers

- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network

- Manage a team Sales officers, taking responsibility of their development and attrition

- Demonstrated Ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities :

- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure

- Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements

- Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support

Educational Qualifications :

- Graduate - Any

- Post Graduate - Finance (MBA preferred)

Experience : 5+ years of relevant into Corporate Banking or B2B Segment into any of Financial Services
