- MBA / CAs with 1-5 years of Finance / Relationship experience in Banking Financial Services sector

Corporate relationship management: Person will be responsible for managing corporate relationship as well as development of new corporate relationship.

- Close coordination with Corporate Banking RM or Commercial Banking RM for getting new corporate leads

- Presentation to Corporates on various products related to our business

- Closure of queries raised by Corporates

- Preparation of proposal note for internal approvals

- Submission of regular MIS on leads' status as well as business generated

- Regular meeting with Corporates for maintaining good business relationship

- Keeping self informed on major development in industries related to our business

Generating business from distributor leads: He will also be responsible for generating business by converting dealer leads.

- Coordination with Corporates as well as other RMs for business leads

- Extensive coordination with dealers spread across the state for business generation

- Convincing distributor for our business product as well as other banking products

- Sanction Note preparation considering various aspects of dealer business

- Execution of post sanction documents from dealers

- Coordination with internals teams for account opening and limit setup

- Regular business monitoring
