Our client is a reputed NBFC with Corporate Lending focused on Mid Markets and Large Corporate relationships. We are looking for Relationship Manager with the following Job Responsibilities :
1] Portfolio growth- Lead and direct the sourcing capital & structure financing customers to ensure the targeted growth of the portfolio
- Identify Group/ Corporates for financing opportunities
- Directly build & maintain strong relationship with each & every large /mid corporates to explore funding opportunities
- Maintain relationship at all level -Promoter/CFO/Finance head to explore various opportunities with Group/ Company
- Build loan book in Corporate/Capital/Structured financing finance through direct origination
- Understand requirement of client & structure the transaction
- Participate in structured financing transactions of Large /mid-size companies
Grow portfolio while minimising NPA
2] Bottomline growth- Use appropriate pricing, fees etc. to maximize & grow margins
- Negotiate best pricing from the client and maximize bottom line
- Maximize bottom line with combination of fees & interest Income
- Basis client profile and market scenario price each product right, to maximize the return
3] Market Intelligence-Gather market intelligence towards evolving competitive business strategy, policies & processes
4] Control NPA- Ensure quality of portfolio to control NPAs
5] Stakeholder coordination &Process Adherence- Coordinate with stakeholder for efficient transaction processing ; Ensure 100% adherence to organization processes/policies
