Relationship Manager - Corporate Lending
Job Description:
- Acquire New Corporate Clients: Identify and onboard businesses that need financing, offering them the right mix of lending solutions.
- Manage & Deepen Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with CFOs, finance heads, and decision-makers.
- Credit & Risk Assessment: Work closely with the credit team to analyse financials and structure risk-optimized deals.
- Drive Revenue & AUM Growth: Achieve loan disbursement and AUM targets through a mix of direct sales, DSAs, fintech tie-ups, and channel partners.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Keep an eye on competitors, industry movements, and regulatory changes to offer clients the best solutions.
- Portfolio Monitoring & NPA Management: Ensure a healthy loan book by actively tracking repayments and mitigating risks.
- Work with Multiple Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, risk, finance and operations) for smooth loan disbursals.
