Job Title - Relationship Manager - Emerging Corporate
Job Objective: To build and preserve trusting relationships with customers (corporate clients). To achieve sales and penetration targets, maintain strong relationships with company's clients to boost the brand and profits in the long run.
Responsibilities:- Will be responsible for market scanning, new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and deepening relationship.
- Identifying leads for acquisition of potential New Age companies for lending and structured working capital financing products
- Monitoring daily sales call to ensure acquisition process is followed including market coverage
- Ensuring tie up with New Age companies and having direct access at Founder Level across start-ups and industries
- Access to major PE/VC for sourcing New Age Companies
- Imparting & refreshing product knowledge to team members, ensure complete updated product awareness within the team
- Underlying lending transaction, legal documentations, etc. to ensure successful closure with clients
Must Have- Experience in the new acquisition of Corporate Clients.
- Sales / Relationship management experience in a Bank / NBFC / Fintech company is mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in banks/NBFCs/Fintech in a wholesale lending role
- People with New Age economy / startups will be given a preference
