Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking Liabilities

We are looking for Corporate Liabilities Relationship Managers for various locations for a Bank. The Broad Specs will be as follows :

1] To drive the liability sales efforts.

2] To garner current account relationships based on vanilla banking accounts, Transaction banking products, Trade finance products, Treasury and risk products, and capital and commodity market products. Focus on liability generation.

3] To carry independent budgetary targets for liabilities, both in terms of nos of new to bank relationships, as well as the gross value (top line)

4] To carry independent budgetary targets for cost of deposits and deposit mix

5 Deepen existing customer wallets, as well as, cross sell the available services, as is appropriate to the customer needs / risk profile

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required :

1] Banking experience of 3 to 7 years handling corporate / Mid Market / SME liabilities.

2] MBA / CA preferred

3] Reasonable knowledge banking products for corporate clients

4] Good communication skills

5] Understanding and knowledge of the Liability products (CASA, term deposits) and also knowledge of transaction banking and Cash Management
