Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking - Bank/NBFC

We are looking for the candidates with one of the Mutual Funds Clients in Mumbai & Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities :

- The candidate will be dealing with the corporate clients (Turnover - 1000 crs & Abv), responsible to source the deals.

- Origination of credit investments (NCDs, CPs) for the AMC's debt funds

- Credit Analysis & Documentation leading to investment

- Structuring and negotiation of terms with client

Requirement for the role :

- Candidates from Corporate Banking backgrounds in Banks/NBFCs are preferred.

- Should have involved in the functions - Relationship Management, Credit Analysis, Structuring & Negotiations.
