Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients across all levels.
- Identify client needs and provide customized solutions leveraging our comprehensive suite of corporate banking products and services.
- Actively contribute to expanding the bank's product suite by analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities.
Credit and Risk Assessment:
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess the financial health and risk profiles of potential and existing clients.
- Develop and present well-researched proposals to the risk department, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
- Address any inquiries raised by the risk department regarding proposals and provide additional information if needed.
Business Development and Growth:
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets, contributing to the overall business growth of the bank.
- Continuously expand the bank's client base by actively prospecting for new corporate clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Education:
Essential: Postgraduate degree (e. g. , Masters in Business Administration, Finance)
Desired: MBA, CA (Chartered Accountant)
Experience:
Essential: 5-7 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to present proposals and secure client buy-in.
- Ability to understand complex financial structures and analyze risk.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (a plus).
