Job description on corporate Banking - RM

1. Business Acquisition for Chennai Branch - Corporate Loans, Business Loans, Working Capital, Term Loans

2. Maintaining existing customer portfolio, documentation collection balance sheet analysis, documentation for credit proposals, preparing pre & post sanction documentation, Monitoring & reviewing existing credit customer

3. Banking Relationship - Building & maintaining healthy business relation

4. Maintaining & Developing the portfolio of clients & exploring opportunities in areas such as working capital finance, project finance, trade finance and investment banking space

5. Financial Analysis of clients / prospects, forecasting & financial modelling of performance parameters, understanding the industry dynamics/competitiveness and related RBI / Regulatory environment.

6. Preparation of the credit notes, financial analysis of clients/ prospects, forecasting & financial modelling of performance parameters, understanding the industry dynamics /competitiveness.

7. Ensured alignment of the credit exposure of the portfolio with the overall risk strategy of the Bank and achieved objectives in terms of earnings, assets /Liabilities & credit quality.

8. Initiation and closure of corporate tie-ups for salary accounts and corporate relationships.
