Designation: Relationship Manager-Commercial Real estate Finance
Experience: 7+ years of work experience in Real estate financing in relationship management
Location: Mumbai and Ahmedabad
Job Role:
- Scoping and scanning the market to find originators of real estate transactions for both primary and secondary (existing lender/investor) markets, including high yield deals, special situation deals, and lease rental discounting agreements.
- Coming up with ideas in collaboration with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs for financing, restructuring, settlement, and consulting mandates.
- Requires comprehension abilities in order to assess the Real Estate asset class overall.
- Constant interaction with agencies, investors, coverage teams, and internal relationships
- Creating finance options for pitches and arranging appropriate credit arrangements
- Creation of information dockets, cash flow models, and other analytical materials for external investors as well as internal do-ability assessments.
- Coordinating placements with the sales staff, outside agencies, and potential investors.
- Deal closure, which includes finance, documentation, due diligence, and consequences
