Relationship Manager Commercial Banking
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coverage of clients with revenues up to Rs. 2000 Crs;
2. Ownership of business development (New Client acquisition) as per agreed plans;
3. Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement; Build relationships at Promoter/CFO levels
4. Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank; Cross Sell Bank products ( salary account/retail CA an SA, forex, DCM, Trade, CMS etc)
5. Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero NPAs.
6. Mentoring of assistant relationship managers and analysts.
7. Franchise & brand building activities
Qualifications:
- Essential CA or MBA from reputed institutes
- Skill Attribute
- Successful Track record of business development and identification of potential clients;
- Relationship orientation, preferably having existing relationships;
- Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all risk related issues;
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc).
- Deal Structuring
Attitude:
- Problem solving and resolving conflicts;
- Keenness to learn and detail oriented;
- Team player but also capable of taking individual decisions.
