Identifying prospective mid scale corporate clients having sales turnover of upto Rs.10000 million for developing asset business and generating revenue through various asset products like Cash Credit, OD, Letter of Credit, Buyer's Credit, WCDL, FCNR, Term Loan, Bank Guarantee, Bill Discounting, Derivatives etc.
Responsible for deal origination, structuring, risk recommendation, case presentation to sanctioning committees, obtaining credit sanctions and implementation of financial solutions for portfolio of corporate clients
Lead generation through different channels and working on them for developing the asset business
Understanding business requirements of the prospective clients and structuring appropriate solutions keeping business model as a focal point
Assess banking needs and risks for clients and manage client relationships accordingly to optimize risk-reward for the bank
Credit analysis: Analyzing Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, projecting future earnings, credit limit assessment, competitor analysis, risk assessment and mitigation, evaluating management capabilities & other subjective parameters
Evaluating credit-risk profile of companies by developing an in-depth understanding of client's business model and advising suitable financial solutions for them including structured finance, project finance etc.
Performing credit appraisals: CMA and credit appraisal note preparation (capturing company background, business model, financial projections, limit assessment etc.)
Handling large amount of data like bank transaction history, stock movement history, financial data and creating meaningful insights and actionable recommendation based on data analysis
Documentation & Compliance: To maintain high quality standards of documentation and process compliance on an ongoing basis
Managing the portfolio of corporate clients with key responsibilities including advising clients on funding strategies, choosing between various asset products ensuring maximum returns for the Bank
End to end ownership of the case and ensuring smooth process flow during credit appraisal and disbursement
Actively monitoring the performance and quality of the accounts on a regular basis in order to maintain sound portfolio quality Good understanding of core banking solution - Finacle used for monitoring accounts and transactions on a daily basis
Maintain ongoing contact with operations in order to ensure smooth delivery of transactions
Responsible for doing research and analysis on industries, markets and clients
Revenue Generation: Achieve Bank's objective in terms of earnings, assets, credit quality etc. as per agreed budgets/targets from client relationship across all product groups
Relationship Management: Acquire new client relationships and grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with existing client base. Handle activities ranging from identifying clients financial needs, advising, structuring the deal, preparing the terms and conditions, handling negotiations with the client and closing the deal
Developing a sound knowledge base on a continuous basis across different verticals like Retail Banking, General Insurance and Wealth Management in order to enhance/initiate business
Cross-selling and offering entire suite of products that include Liquidity and Transaction products, Trade and Payment services, Investment banking, Private Equity, Project advisory, Risk mitigation measures etc. covering all verticals of the bank ranging from corporate banking, payment solutions, personal banking, wealth, investment banking, insurance, forex services in order to maximize relationship value and consistently seek an opportunity to expand share of wallet of the customer base
Salary Range: 9 - 15 LPA
