Relationship Manager - Client Service - GIFT City
Position Overview:
As a Service Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships post-sales.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences, providing valuable insights to improve sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as Fund Accounting, Investor's Operations and Compliance team, to ensure timely delivery of solutions and address client feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Post Graduate in Finance/Marketing
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and customer-focused approach to conflict resolution.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from various departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in Fund Service / Fund Admin is an added advantage.
