We are assisting one of the major US IT MNC for Relationship Manager for Channel Sales for following locations:

Jodhpur,Dehradun,Delhi/NCR,Jamshedpur,Bhubhaneshwar,Bangalore,Coimbatore,Cochin,Trivandrum,Madurai,Mangalore,Indore,Rajkot.

Job Description:

- Custodian of the SMB business for the partner set allocated

- Understanding and execution of the entire business cycle from modes of leads generation to nurturing to maturity and closure. Including loading of transactions with distributors

- Building monthly/quarterly business plans with partners and driving appropriate focus from partners.

- Ensuring Year on year growth of partners with a special focus on enablement of partners for building business practice using thorough understanding offerings, especially on Cloud Technologies.

- Onboard new partners - Articulate Business value to partners

- Activate Partners - Be able to help partners build capacity and frequency of execution

- Work along with team members to increase focus in spoke locations

- Strong softskills to be able to deliver periodical learning sessions.

- Helping partner build a business plan around technologies and hand-holding through the execution of customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and customer retention.

- Co-ordination with various internal teams to ensure predictability and scale of business results

- Focus on meeting and beating Quarterly, Monthly and weekly goals with formidable plan to achieve the same.

- Point of contact to partners for techno-commercial and business aspects of offerings.

Deliverables:

- Monthly / weekly reporting, to provide visibility to strong plans for target attainment

- Meeting and beating all aspects of overall revenue goals, including attainment of targets on different product lines and segments of business

- Daily Field engagements with partners as per pre-identified beat plan, with the strict focus on lead generation/closure.

- Daily coordination with Inside Sales to help to convert potential cases to closures

- Daily closure reporting with visibility for the next day

- Strict adherence to process defined and ensuring execution compliance with all aspects of business

- Representing during Partner / Customer engagements

- Personal Ownership for driving business to expected results

Requirements:

- Demonstrable Entrepreneurial skills with focus on relationship building with partners

- Self-motivated, Hard working, focus on execution to plan, with ability to multi-task

- High standards of professional ethics and integrity

- Confidence and ease in connecting to both, CXO and executives at Partners and Customers

- Team player with focus on team achievements and individual contribution to team

- Quick understanding of technologies especially Cloud offerings.

- Able to articulate technical features into business benefits to partners and customers

- Strong experience in Channel Sales with proven results on growth of partner business

- Go getter, self-motivated, aggressive sales focus while complying with internal code of business conduct

- Strong and in-depth understanding of regional business potential, Market trends, current local IT trends
