Relationship Manager - Buy-Side - Real Estate Domain - Bank

- 5 to 9 years of experience working with BANK/NBFC/AIF with BANK/NBFC in SME/MID-MARKET SPACE.

- Management Qualification from Category A/B institutes.

- Essentials Skills: Networking, Interpersonal, Analytical and Organizational, Deal Skills, independently handle Negotiations.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders both internal and external temperament to be able to handle conflicting situations

- Candidate must have done Debt Fund Raising. Transactions must average from a range of 50-500Cr.

- Candidature could be in these designations currently: Senior RM's / Team Managers / Business side Professionals from ECG, SME, or Midmarket teams of Banks, NBFC's, and other Financial Institutions Senior RMs / TeamManagers from HFCs and, RE Funds, IPCs, Consulting Firms Senior Business Development Managers and Finance Professionals in Real Estate Developers.

- Should Have Debt Fund Raising transactions with mid market Corporate Segment

- Origination of Deal is this role all about to generate business across the real estate sector (Syndication, Land Intermediation, Asset Management, Strategy)

- To be updated with the Real Estate Market and wholesale funding in Real Estate.

- To define and align the target universe. Identification of prospects for Real Estate Developer funding.

- To work on the Target List Key Account Management for Revenue and Referrals To handle the transaction lifecycle from prospecting, and sourcing to recovering fees.
