- Coordinate with Channel Partner SPOC / Customers to complete documentation
- Visit large customers where required to understand business / complete documentation
- On boarding & building relations with new channel partners and training their teams on our offerings
- Increase share of wallet in each of the existing channel partners by improving relationship at all levels in the platform
- Reporting and Monitoring performance to ensure that targets are achieved
- Prepare Regular MIS on Leads received from various Customers and assist monitoring the performance of Key Customers
- Assist RMs/ AVP in Research for Potential tie-ups for Business Development
