Job Description:

- Client interaction

- Deal origination & structuring

- Exposure monitoring and market intelligence

- Origination of new client relationships & develop transactions therein

- Collection of client information and deal structuring. The RM is expected to be able to run multiple deals simultaneously, across clients.

- Commercial negotiations

- Build and work for clearance of proposals internally

- Bridge the gap between client expectations and organization's ask. Manage risk reward spectrum.

- Post disbursement monitoring & periodic interactions with client, including periodic payments and repayment.

- Sector intelligence & regulatory developments. Industry connects.

- Use of capital line/Bloomberg and other industry databases

- Adaptability and fast turnaround time to clients
