Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Account Acquisition: Acquire corporate accounts & liabilities accounts from market references.
- Cross-Selling: Promote and sell products such as Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and Recurring Deposits.
Non-Financial Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing Implementation: Execute branch-level sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth in liabilities business.
- Relationship Building: Develop new relationships while leveraging existing ones to meet liability acquisition targets.
- Customer Acquisition: Bring in new customers via multiple channels (campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals, industry bodies, and associations).
- Target Achievement: Meet overall number and value targets as per the assigned scorecard.
- Onboarding: Ensure timely and smooth onboarding of New-to-Bank (NTB) customers, focusing on opening salary accounts with corporate salary experience.
Key Areas:
- Branch Profitability: Ensure a track record of driving branch profitability.
- Supervision: Oversee marketing, business channel development, team development, and revenue generation.
- Compliance & Training: Ensure all processes are followed as per the guidelines, and staff are adequately trained in bank products and sales processes.
- Audit & Compliance: Handle external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Banking Background: Prior experience in the banking industry is mandatory.
- Education: A graduate and post graduation degree is required.
- Stability: Proven stability in career and positions held.
NRI Relationship Manager (RM) Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- NRI Client Acquisition: Proactively acquire new NRI clients through referrals, networking, and other outreach methods.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Banking & Investment Advisory: Offer personalized banking and investment solutions, tailored to the unique needs of NRI clients.
- Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for NRI clients, addressing their concerns and requests promptly.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive banking services, including wealth management and other banking solutions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions, incorporating this knowledge into client interactions.
- Target Achievement: Meet individual and team targets in terms of NRI client acquisition, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
