- Acquire and manage new clients and meet the targets as defined by KRA
- Manage on-boarding process for all new clients: Handle documentation & related queries with the client
- Handle relationships with select clients
- Monitor and address clients Investment related requirements
- Build and maintain long term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues
- Ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements
- Follow-up with distributors and 3rd party marketers for initiating them to market our various products
- Track performance of all new products and new variations of existing products
- Maintain CRM to streamline marketing by inputting all meeting notes, updating follow-ups and generating various pipeline reports across all products
Relationship Manager Skills and Qualifications
- An outspoken and easy to mingle individual
- Good written and oral communication skills required
- Highly motivated Self-starter who works hard and multi-tasks effectively
- Experience working in team environment
- Minimum 1 year of Sales/Marketing or Relationship Management experience
- Prior work-experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking or Mutual Fund or Stock Broking industries
