Relationship Manager - MNC Clients
- The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for originating new transactions and customers towards meeting business growth targets. Apart from using his or her professional relationships with CFOs & Treasurers, the RM is also expected to originate business by maintaining a close relationship with various players in the ecosystem: Lawyers, Consultants, Accountants, Chambers of Commerce, Invest India, Government Departments etc.
- Knowledge of banking CMS/ Sector Specific/ Customized Banking applications/ products and services.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms.
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the Regional language.
- Ability to manage complex client situations.
- Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team working skills so that the RM can work with other parts of the bank and deliver the Bank franchise comprehensively to his or her clients.
