Designation: Relationship Manager - MNC
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3-8 years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop sourcing networks and obtain NTBs from Investment Promotion Agencies, Banks, Legal Houses, Consultants, and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Chambers, Trade Agencies, Embassies, etc.
- Acquiring new clients.
- Understanding of FDI, ECBs, and other FEMA regulations.
- In charge of managing client relationships that are onboarded during the year and generating income in accordance with KRAs (lending / fee income on products like FX, CMS, Finance for Trade, etc.)
- In charge of maintaining account profitability and zero delinquency.
- As the point of contact for all of their referral client needs, own the relationship with the channel partners and upsell or cross-sell wealth, salary, and Privy accounts.
- Communicating with different internal departments, such as BIU, Credit, Product, Operations, and Legal, among others
