The role holder is responsible for developing and managing relationship with a variety of financial intermediaries like foreign banks, multilateral/bilateral agencies, institutions, exchange houses, financial sponsors etc. with a clear defined target of revenue and liability generation
Business Development :
- Assists the Team lead to broaden and deepen relationships with financial intermediaries
- Supports the Team lead across products groups like resource raising, financial markets, trade finance, cash management, etc.
- Works in close coordination with the various product/business/service groups to ensure quality service delivery
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training.
