Customer Relationship Development:

- Develops new relationships with High Net Worth Customers (HNIs) primarily focusing on liabilities (such as savings accounts) and commercial assets.

- Expands existing relationships by deepening engagement and understanding customer needs.

Customer Acquisition:

- Sources new customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels, utilizing personal networks and outreach strategies.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Ensures a high level of customer service orientation, adhering strictly to bank policies and procedures.

- Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and ensures quick turnaround times to enhance customer satisfaction.

Cross-selling and Upselling:

- Identifies opportunities to cross-sell bank products to existing customers.

- Informs customers about new products or enhancements to further strengthen the banking relationship.

Sales Initiatives:

- Plans and executes special sales initiatives and events aimed at acquiring new clients or deepening relationships with existing clients.

- Collaborates with marketing and product teams to promote bank offerings effectively.

Coordination and Collaboration:

- Coordinates with other departments or group companies within the organization to provide customers with seamless access to a broader range of products and services.

Record Maintenance:

- Maintains comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions for assigned accounts.

- Tracks customer complaints and queries, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:

- Stays updated with knowledge of the bank's products and services as well as market trends.

- Provides insights to customers on how various products can meet their financial needs.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while conducting business activities.

Performance Metrics:

- Meets or exceeds sales targets and customer satisfaction goals set by the bank.

- Regularly reports on performance metrics and achievements to management.

Relationship Management:

- Builds strong relationships with clients based on trust and integrity.

- Acts as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their financial concerns and objectives
