- Liaison with partner staff & internal stakeholders to maximize the business opportunity.

- Onboard new partners & manage servicing,query resolutions & escalation handling.

- Up sell/cross sell products to customers by proposing solutions basis their requirements.

- Monitor business for continuous growth

- Prepare timely MIS and daily reports on various facets deliverable to client.
