Job Description:

This is a critical role in the company. The incumbent in the role will be responsible for leading and enhancing the relationships with the Banks, Non-Banks, Fintech and other ecosystem players based on the requirement of different products.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

1. Evangelize Partnerships: Liaise and build strong working relationships with senior leaders at banks, Non-banks, Fintech, Logistics, and other ecosystem players. Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnerships, partnering with various stakeholders (including risk, product, engineering, compliance, legal, and other functions). Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships as well as acquire more partners.

2. Customer Insights and Product Design: Develop a deep understanding of the customer requirements and co-create best-in-industry customer-facing products along with eco-system players aimed at building market leadership. Develop the product roadmap with partners to build custom flows with innovative features centred on great customer experience.

3. Business Development: Develop and implement engagement as well as sales strategy at a segment/client level. Design and implement a go-to-market strategy and engagement model for a portfolio of alliance partners.

4. Brand awareness: Build strategic programs that drive awareness, demand, and usage of the brand. Participate in user conferences and conduct workshops to create and build awareness.

5. Digital Initiatives: Build inroads into regulatory and industry bodies such as IRDA, RBI, NPCI, IBA & other organizations to define the landscape for new digital initiatives.

6. Team Management: Lead the alliance team. Hire high-performing team members and groom them to manage independent tracks within ecosystem partnerships.

Profile & Experience :

- A management graduate from a leading B school with 10-15 years of experience with about 5-7 years in banking and financial services.

- Go-getter with a bias for execution with an ability to deal with complex situations

- Blue sky thinking and ability to provide a structured solution to an unstructured problem

- Collaborative and people manager with the innate ability to carry people with divergent views towards a common goal.

- Strong existing network across bank teams with a demonstrated ability to stretch and perform.

- Demonstrated Executive Leadership Capabilities and Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

- Proven success in developing team members.
