Job Description
The Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking/Trade Finance (Sales)/Corporate Capitals Markets in India will be responsible for :
- Acquisition of clients with business activities in Europe or interested to enter into the central European Markets (conducting marketing calls, etc.)
- Source new Corporate Clients with import / export, foreign direct investments or trade finance needs
- Collaborate with Austrian Anadi Banks Corporate Banking unit for acquisition of new clients with requirement of non-fund credit facilities to support development of trade finance business
- Work together with Austrian Anadi Bank to bring Austrian companies to India and vice versa and offering active advisory and relationship
- Visit customers to enhance the relationship in order to maximize the utilization of the Bank's non-fund based credit facilities, services and products including cross selling of products
- Actively tracking the commercial trade flows and identifying new opportunities
- Provide active advisory services to clients for their trade finance business and direct investments in India and be able to offer value added services
- Manages client relationships in trade finance, and liaises at senior levels including owners, finance managers, banks, lawyers etc.
- Take lead in the development of new products in trade finance area as per customer/market requirements
- Responsible for achievement of targeted revenue and volumes from trade finance business
- Attend to customer requests promptly
- Compliance of internal policies and procedures
- In addition to Trade Finance (Sales) the relationship manager is also responsible for bond and loan origination in the Indian Market to service the Corporate & Market Solutions team of Austrian Anadi Bank with interesting investment opportunities in local and major currencies based on a set of a predefined framework.
- Using existing and developing new relationships in the corporate and banking space and keeping a constant dialogue with issuers/banks will be critical for success.
The Successful Applicant :
The Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking and Trade Finance (Sales)/Capital Markets should have:
- University degree, preferred in Business / Banking / Finance
- 5 to 7 years' experience in the industry and client relationship of export/import companies
- Working knowledge in Trade Finance banking products, specifically related to uniform customs and practices
- Knowledge of financial markets and different products (corporate bonds and loans)
- Excellent relationship with banks, corporates, lawyers etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge the status and develop new ideas
- Able to work autonomously
- Adequate computer skills
Salary Range: 40 - 45 LPA
