- Responsible for market development by onboarding new corporate clients to the Bank by means of Working Capital, Trade and CMS solutions and servicing them with utmost service standards.
- Ensuring Sustainable revenue stream - Fee based income from Existing relationships
(Credit and Non Credit fee) as well as sourcing new clients
- Focusing on Working Capital Products, Trade finance products, CMS products etc
- End to End Processing of Customer Accounts - Starting from Account opening till servicing within TAT, building relationship
- Identifying opportunities to earn revenue streams for the Bank,Negotiating and Structuring deals which will benefit both bank as well as Customer.
- Deepening the wallet share by Exploring Cross sell opportunities and focusing on Compliance at each and every level of service delivery.
- Processing and monitoring customer's transactions in co-ordination with service managers within TAT for enhanced service delivery and customer delight.
- Focusing on new market, coordinating and maintaining good relationships with Local branches so as to source business references and servicing of clients mapped to branches for General Banking Operations, educating them with corporate banking solutions offered by the bank for lead and references.
- Acting as Single point of contact for client for any of their Banking needs.
